Mr. Berzins is a senior practitioner with extensive experience working in large scale projects in the public, education and manufacturing sectors. Mr.
Berzins has over 25 years of consulting experience in both business process and
technology advisory services. He is a Certified Management Consultant and a Certified Systems Professional. Mr. Berzins received his B.S. in Mathematics and Industrial Management from Purdue University. He has completed some MBA post graduate classwork at Colorado State University. Prior employment includes Arthur Andersen, Coopers & Lybrand, and Deloitte & Touché. Mr. Berzins was the IT leader for two manufacturing organizations. As a consultant Mr. Berzins has led well over 100 business process improvement projects, over 100 process/technology audits, over 50 planning projects, about 50 selection projects, and over 50 system implementation projects.
